You agree not to use HugeMails for: sending spam or unsolicited emails, illegal activities, harassment, distributing malware, or any content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of HugeMails is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on this site are owned by HugeMails or our partners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission. You retain ownership of your email content and subscriber lists.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are posted on our website. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legal retention applies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HugeMails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HugeMails against any claims arising from your use of our services, including legal fees.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Bucharest courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
